FrameBridge Terms of Service
These terms describe the FrameBridge website and the purchase and delivery of FrameBridge software.
Product
FrameBridge Beta is Windows x64 software intended to expand native video-format and external-subtitle support in selected Steinberg Cubase and Nuendo builds. The exact tested versions and known limitations are listed in the compatibility notes. Compatibility with every host version, video file or hardware configuration is not promised.
Purchase and delivery
FrameBridge is a commercial digital download. Purchases are handled through Creem, the merchant of record, which provides checkout and purchase fulfilment. The price is a one-time pay-what-you-want purchase with a US$29 minimum and US$59 suggested amount; applicable taxes and the final charge are shown at checkout. The software is delivered as a downloadable ZIP archive following a successful purchase.
Software licence
Lawful acquisition grants the licence described in the End-User License, not ownership of the proprietary software. The licence describes permitted use, restrictions on redistribution, beta warranty terms and preservation of mandatory consumer rights.
Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences; see the third-party notices. In particular, rights under the FFmpeg LGPL are not restricted by the proprietary FrameBridge licence.
Beta status and support
FrameBridge is beta software and may contain defects. Check the compatibility documentation before purchasing. For installation or purchase questions, contact stark622@ukr.net.
Refunds and statutory rights
For a purchase or refund request, contact the support address above or Creem through its customer support channels. Refunds and remedies are subject to applicable law and the relevant checkout terms. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights.
Independence
FrameBridge is independent software and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Steinberg. Cubase and Nuendo are trademarks of their respective owner.
Updates to these terms
The current terms are published at https://framebridge.cc/terms. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that cannot lawfully be withdrawn.
