This policy explains how information is handled in connection with the FrameBridge website, purchase process and customer support.
Website
The FrameBridge website (framebridge.cc) is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy terms. The FrameBridge website itself uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts and sets no cookies of its own; Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.
Links to YouTube and GitHub open those external services, which process information under their own privacy terms.
Purchases and payment processing
Purchases are processed through Creem as the merchant of record. Creem handles checkout, payment processing and related billing information under its own privacy terms. The FrameBridge operator may receive order and customer contact details that Creem makes available for fulfilment, customer support and handling purchase-related requests.
Do not send payment card details to FrameBridge support.
Support requests
If you contact support, the information you provide (such as your email address, message and any files you choose to share) may be used to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue. Avoid sending passwords, identity documents or unrelated personal information.
Purposes and retention
Information received through orders or support is used for order fulfilment, responding to customers, resolving technical problems and meeting applicable legal obligations. It is kept only for as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law.
The software
FrameBridge runs locally on your computer. It does not send usage data, telemetry or your media files anywhere. Subtitle text recognition uses the OCR built into Windows on your own computer.
Third-party services
Cloudflare, Creem, GitHub and YouTube have their own data-processing practices and privacy notices. Their handling of information is governed by their respective policies.
Your requests
For questions about information handled by FrameBridge support, or requests to access, correct or delete information where applicable, contact stark622@ukr.net. Requests concerning checkout or payment information held by Creem may also need to be directed to Creem.
Changes
This notice may be updated if the product's sales, support or data-handling practices change. The current version is published at https://framebridge.cc/privacy.
