FrameBridge — Native Video for Cubase & Nuendo
END-USER LICENSE - Beta

1. SCOPE
This End-User License applies to the proprietary FrameBridge files in this
package. FFmpeg and all other third-party components are excluded from the
proprietary terms below and remain governed by their own licenses.
2. LICENSE GRANT
After lawful acquisition, the FrameBridge rightsholder grants the acquiring user
a non-exclusive right to install and use FrameBridge. No ownership or copyright
in FrameBridge is transferred to the user.
3. BACKUP COPY
The user may keep a backup copy of the lawfully acquired FrameBridge package.
4. PROPRIETARY BINARY DISTRIBUTION
The proprietary, closed-source FrameBridge binaries may not be copied,
redistributed, sublicensed or made available to third parties without permission
from the FrameBridge rightsholder, except where applicable law expressly permits
it. This restriction does not apply to third-party components distributed under
their own licenses.
5. THIRD-PARTY AND OPEN-SOURCE COMPONENTS
FFmpeg and the other third-party materials listed in LICENSE_AND_NOTICE.txt and
_runtime\ffmpeg\LICENSES are licensed directly under their respective licenses.
Those licenses control the use, copying, modification and distribution of those
components. If this End-User License conflicts with a third-party license, the
third-party license controls for that component.
Nothing in this End-User License restricts rights granted under LGPL 2.1 or later.
The user may replace the corresponding FFmpeg shared libraries with compatible
versions, exercise the LGPL rights to modify the work for the user's own use, and
perform reverse engineering permitted by the LGPL for debugging such
modifications or replacements. These rights also remain subject to any broader
rights that cannot be restricted under applicable law.
6. NO STEINBERG AFFILIATION
FrameBridge is independent software and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or
endorsed by Steinberg. "Cubase" and "Nuendo" are trademarks of their respective
owner.
7. BETA SOFTWARE; WARRANTY
FrameBridge Beta is provided "as is" and may contain defects. To the maximum
extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is given that it will be
error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every particular purpose. Nothing in
this license excludes or limits statutory consumer rights, mandatory warranties,
remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
LICENSE_AND_NOTICE.txt forms part of the package's licensing information and
identifies the applicable third-party licenses and source materials.
